1. About DoneDoc

DoneDoc (donedoc.site) is an online service that lets you create legal documents from self-help forms for use in the United States. DoneDoc is operated by MAXX CICLO LTDA (CNPJ 42.153.960/0001-31), a company registered in Brazil. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Not a law firm — no legal advice

DoneDoc is not a law firm and is not a substitute for an attorney. We do not give legal advice, recommend any legal option, or review your answers. Using DoneDoc does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Laws change and every situation is different. We recommend having your document reviewed by a licensed attorney in your state before you sign or use it.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter, for choosing the right document for your situation, and for signing, witnessing, notarizing, filing and delivering the document as required by your state.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DoneDoc.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged once per document or bundle. DoneDoc has no subscriptions and never charges you again automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

5. Delivery

After payment you can download your document in PDF and Word formats, and we email you a copy to the address you used at checkout.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use DoneDoc to create documents for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, to impersonate another person, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Intellectual property

You may use the documents you purchase for your own personal or business purposes. The site, its forms, templates and content belong to DoneDoc and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The forms are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoneDoc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
